❓Is parking included, and how does it work?

Yes — parking is convenient and flexible, with three options available.

• 🅿️ 1 private indoor garage space (guaranteed, covered)

• 🚗 Outdoor guest parking inside the condo gates (subject to availability)

• 🚘 Free street parking directly outside the condominium

Note: There is no elevator in the building. The Penthouse is located 1 floor above the main entrance, and the garage is 1 floor below. Luggage is manageable for most guests — and we’re happy to assist if needed.

Yes — during peak summer and holiday periods, the Penthouse has minimum stay policies to ensure a relaxed guest flow and optimal experience.

• 🚪 Saturday check-in is preferred, but we’re flexible for longer stays (e.g. 10 nights+)

🎄 Holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter):

• Typically a 5–7 night minimum applies depending on dates and guest calendar

• ✅ Standard minimum stay is 4 nights
